Obituary of Margaret A. Gindlesberger
MUNROE FALLS- Margaret (Margie) A. Gindlesberger, 76, died January 13, 2015.
Born in Wheeling, WV, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls from 1959 until moving to Munroe Falls in 1991. Margie attended Kent State University where she was an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She was a graduate of the University of Akron and retired as vice-president of customer relations from First Merit Bank in 1995. She was a longtime member of Northminster Presbyterian Church. Margie was an avid golfer, Pittsburgh Steeler fan and a skilled seamstress and crafter. She loved to watch her grandchildren play sports, travel to the beach and gamble.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Don; children Kathy (John) Myers, Gay (Tim) Welker and Scott (Susie) Gindlesberger; grandchildren Erin, Brett (Danyelle), Kelly, Sam, Abby, Jack and Kara.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at the Davita Dialysis Center for their wonderful care and support.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday 4 to 7 PM. Rev. Stephanie Crossland will conduct service Saturday 11 AM at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 104 West Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls 44223. Private burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Northminster Presbyterian Church Bell Choir.
