Obituary of Mary K. Chilton
CUYAHOGA FALLS – Mary K. Chilton, 92, passed away March 5, 2014.
Born in Youngstown, Mary had been a lifetime area resident. She worked in banking for 25 years and had served as both a Sunday school teacher and superintendent of toddlers for many years at Akron Baptist Temple.
Preceded in death by her husband, James Garfield Chilton; sisters, Jane Stroud, Virginia Oldfield and Dorothy Timmermans. She is survived by daughters, Bonnie (James) Bragg and Linda (George) Monroe; grandchildren, Shelley (Allan) Hindley, Tracy (Joe) Lamm, Vicky Pruitt (Todd Boyd), Jeffrey (Terri) Bragg, James (Amy) Bragg, Shawn Brewer, Carla (Richard) Freeouf, and Shane (Jodie) Brewer; great-grandchildren, Austin and Mary Kate Hindley, Kristen (Eric) and Jeffrey Lamm, Tyler Boyd, Collin and Mason Bragg, Cadence and Libby Bragg, Conner and Dylan Freeouf; Savanna, Christina, Isabella, Catherine, and Aubrey Brewer; great-great grandchild, Liam; and sister, Judy Miller.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday 4 to 7 PM where Pastor Mike Nichols will conduct a funeral service Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
