Obituary of Ralph Bernard Hagmann
CUYAHOGA FALLS- Ralph Bernard Hagmann, 86, died December 7, 2013.
Born on June 11, 1927 in Akron, he was a US Navy veteran of World War II, a resident of Cuyahoga Falls over 50 years and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He had retired as a service manager with Goodyear Tire & Rubber, previously having been employed as a manager with Akron Wheel Alignment for many years. Ralph’s joys in life were spending time with his grandchildren and fishing, hunting, bowling and square dancing.
Preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Caroline Hagmann and sister Rita Davis, he is survived by his wife of 61 years Elsie; daughters Becky (Sam) DeBartolo, Lisa (Tim) Cairns, and Julie (Greg) Rager; grandchildren Abigail (Brett) McLaren, Tiffany (Andrew) Acton, Sam DeBartolo, Celeste Cairns, Alex Rager and Carly Rager; great-grandson Dillon Acton and brother Jim Hagmann.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday 1 to 3 and 6 to 9 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial Thursday 11 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery with military honors provided by Charles Faust American Legion Post 281.
