Obituary of Helen Plues

Helen Plues, 95, died September 24, 2013.   Born in Akron, she was an avid card player, golfer, bowler and an exceptional seamstress.  She enjoyed knitting afghans for all family members and baking holiday cookies.  Helen is survived by daughters Sandra Hall and Judith Heinl, grandchildren, Todd (Kelly) Heinl, Chris (Ed Fox) Barnewall, Jackie (Steve) Miller, Leslie (Brian) Campanini and Rob (Joy) Hall, 8 great-grandchildren and sister Margaret (Ed) Reder.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Merriman staff for the care given to our loved one over the last eight years.  Mass of the Christian Burial Friday 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, where friends may call from 10 AM to service time.  Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.  Should friends desire, memorials may be made to The Merriman, 209 Merriman Road , Akron, OH 44303.
