Obituary of John G. Schwarz

CUYAHOGA FALLS -John G. Schwarz, age 85, entered the presence of his Savior on August 23, 2013. John was born on April 21, 1928 in Mansfield, Ohio. John attended Ohio State University and The Cleveland Institute of Art. He taught high school art for over 50 years in the Akron Public School System and at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy. Johnny will be remembered for the countless lives that he impacted while serving and teaching about his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. John leaves his wife, Joanne; his children, Tim Schwarz and Debbie Emerson (Roger); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Andrew, Elizabeth, Hilary and Joseph; sister, Christine Carr; and many loving family members and friends. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Tuesday 4 to 7 PM, where Pastor Lynn Warner will conduct service Wednesday 11 AM.  Funeral service will be streamed live at www.streamingfuneralservices.com.
