Obituary of Willard C. Brown
STOW- Willard C. “Woody” Brown, 90, died July 16, 2013.
A US Marine Corps veteran of World War II, Willard retired from BF Goodrich after 40 years service and enjoyed fishing and camping.
Preceded in death by his wife Joanne “Jo”, parents Charles and Dorothy Brown, siblings Evelyn Knoch, John Brown, Lucille Hostler and Ronald Brown, he leaves behind his daughters and sons-in-law Cynthia and William Freeman, Connie and Gregory Girard, son and daughter-in-law Gary and Lori Brown, daughter Cherie Brown.
Willard was grandfather to 16 grandchildren; Patricia and Jim Roebuck, Theresa and Matthew Melody, Christina Freeman, Rachel and Tim Reisert, Justin Girard, Jessica Brown, Taylor Vespoint Brown, Taryn Vespoint Brown, Angella and Mike Hallett, Alex Donges and Abby Brown Donges.
Willard had 11 great-grandchildren; Joseph Richard, Allison Richard, Brett Roebuck, Meaghan Melody, Conlin Melody, Kaylah Freeman Thomas, Jordan Freeman, Caz Cleveland, Dakota Cleveland and June Reisert.
He also leaves behind numerous nephews, nieces and lifelong friends.

Services will be held Saturday 12 noon at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 10 AM until service time. Burial Stow Cemetery with full military honors provided by the US Marine Corps.
