Obituary of Dale L. Hajek

STOW- Dale L. Hajek, 75, formerly of Cuyahoga Falls, died June 30, 2013. Born in Cleveland, he was a graduate of John Adams High School and Ohio University.  Dale had been employed as an accountant with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Akron and Litchfield Park, AZ and retired from the City of Phoenix, AZ. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Janice; sons Dale (Karen) of Cave Creek, AZ, James of Dayton; daughter Diane (Tim) Lero of Munroe Falls; grandchildren Kyle and Kelly Hajek and Victoria and Kevin Lero; brother Joseph (Sharon) Hajek of West Chester, OH. Dale's family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Joseph Zarconi , Dr. Christopher Dussel (ER) and Dr. Kathleen Senger and staff (Palliative Care) at Summa Akron City Hospital for their care.  A special thanks also to Carla for her wonderful, attentive care in the last hours. Rev.
