Obituary of Frances E. Telscher

Frances E. Telscher, 70, died May 7, 2013.  Born in Akron she was an area resident for many years. Preceded in death by her husband Merril in 1986 and son James in 2011 she is survived by daughter Deborah Dolfi and 4 grandchildren.
