Obituary of Kelley W. Williams-Yard

Kelley W. Williams-Yard, 47, died March 16, 2013.  Born in Akron, she was preceded in death by her father Wallace Williams.  Kelley is survived by her husband Doug, daughters Alexa Maria Yard, Rachel Wallace Yard and son Logan Douglas Yard, mother Maria (Percy) Grenfell, brothers Christopher (Tracey) and Casey (Jennifer) Williams. Kelley, graduate of Kent State University, had a passion for journalism and all things pertaining to politics.  She was an avid supporter of both the 2008 and 2012 Obama – Biden campaign.  Though her actions didn’t always portray it, she loved her family beyond words and will forever be in our hearts. Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM, where Pastor Michael Guarnieri will conduct service Thursday 10 AM.  Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.  Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the American Heart Assoc., Great Rivers Alliliate, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693.
