Obituary of Clarence Sollberger

Clarence Sollberger, 93, died Feb. 19, 2013.  Born in Akron, he was a lifetime area resident and retired from Goodyear Aerospace with over 30 years service.  Mr. Sollberger was a graduate of Stow High School and a US Navy veteran of World War II.  Preceded in death by  his wife of 63 years Edna and two brothers, he is survived by daughters Diane (Curtis) McClusky and Suzanne Gross, all of Stow; grandchildren, Laura Nelson, Mark (Angela) Nelson, Samantha Gross, and Mike (Colleen) Gross; great-grandchildren, Haley Nelson, Autumn Krilosky, Owen Nelson, Hunter Gross; and dearest friend Dorothy Brandstetter.  Services will be conducted 11 AM Friday at Redmon Funeral Home where friends may call from 10 AM until service time.  Entombment Rose Hill Burial Park with military honors provided by Charles Faust American Legion Post 281.  Should Friends desire, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 70 W.
