Obituary of Edward E. Rose

Mr. Edward E. Rose was born June 18, 1924 and went home to be with his Saviour, Jesus Christ on December 1, 2012.   After serving as a Marine during WWII Edward retired from the Akron Police Dept. in 1979.  The family would like to thank the staff at Rose Lane Health Center for their great care of dad for the last 3 years.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years Glenna Mae (Conley) Rose and is survived by son Edward and Catherine Rose, and their children Ronnie, Laura and Joshua, daughters Denise Rose and her son Robert Markham, Maureen and Mike Young and their daughter Autumn Young.  We learned patience and understanding from our father.  A memorial service will be conducted at the Calvary Baptist Church, 11616 Sinclair St. SW, Massillon, OH 44647 December 7, 2012 at 1 PM.
