Obituary of Peter B. Mueller

STOW - Peter B. Mueller, 76, passed away November 17, 2014. Born in Leipzig, Germany, Peter had been a resident of the area for over 20 years. Peter earned his Master’s Degree from Purdue University, a PhD in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Wisconsin and has been retired from Kent State University for the past four years where he served as Director of the School of Speech Pathology and Audiology. Peter was a member of the Speech Pathology and Audiology Association. Peter had an extensive collection of antique clocks.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years Carol; sister, Jutta Platt of Colorado Springs; and nieces Patricia, Karen and Esther. Peter was preceded in death by his parents Bruno E. Mueller and Kaethe M. Moritz; and daughter Mary Beth Mueller.
