Obituary of Ralph Fraley
CUYAHOGA FALLS- Ralph D. Fraley, 78, died August 20, 2012.
Born in Akron, he was a US Army veteran, had worked as a manager with Nobil’s Shoes and retired from AT & T in 1992 after 31 years. A member of Christian Businessmen, he was also a longtime member of The Chapel, where he served in the nursery and as a Bible study leader. One of Ralph’s great joys was fishing, which he enjoyed often from his boat on Lake Erie.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Louise; daughter Cheryl (Christopher) Tlapek of Chicago; son Darrell (Ruth) of Boca Raton, FL; grandchildren Jake (Nicole), Nathan, Natalie, Sean, Jonathan, Julia and Quin; sister Pat Christian, brothers Bob (Mary) and Roy (Connie) Fraley.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Sunday 2 to 5 PM. Pastor Paul Sartarelli will conduct service Monday 10 AM at The Chapel, 135 Fir Hill, Akron 44304. Burial Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Chapel Missions Program.
