Obituary of Agnes Marie Kirkpatrick
STOW – On Sunday, July 1st, we said goodbye to our loving mother and best friend, Agnes Marie Kirkpatrick.
She was a founding member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She worked at the Stow High School cafeteria for 20 years. She was a strong and beautiful woman, blessed with a love of baking and cooking which was a part of her Slovak Heritage.
Her faith and love of God was always evident, as was the love of her family and children. Her favorite saying was, “I’m doing my best.” She certainly did her best throughout her entire life. We will never forget you, Mom.
Preceded in death by her husband Earl; parents Mary and Michael Koval; brother Michael and grandson Sgt. Bryan Large, she is survived by children Marie Evans, Earl (Nancy) Kirkpatrick, Linda Large and Sybil (Tony) Brenner; grandchildren Luke, Michelle, John, Guy, Amy, Jerry, Tommy and Jeff; 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Thursday 6 to 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Holy Family Teacher’s Scholarship Fund. Mrs. Kirkpatrick's video tribute may be viewed here.
