Obituary of Gerald E. Peak

STOW - After a fruitful journey in the Lord, Gerald E. Peak went home to rest on June 19, 2012. He and his wife Catherine Peak (Miller) were blessed with 40 years of marriage. A longtime resident of Stow, Ohio, Gerald was a veteran of the United States Army, a proud member of Euclid Jaycee’s and a grateful member of the Stow United Methodist Church. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Peak and Theresa Peak (Krebs), brother Charles Peak, sister and brother-in-law Betty McClintock (Peak) and Tom McClintock, father-in-law and mother-in-law Robert Miller and Mary Miller (Cummings), brother-in-law Robert Miller, nephews Aaron and Kevin Miller and his son-in-law Tony Dowden. He is survived by his wife Cathie, daughter Dawn Dowden (Peak), grandsons Caleb, Kai, and Cody; son and daughter-in-law Charles and Marie Peak (Slocum) and granddaughters Emma, Ali, and Addison Peak, sisters-in-law Ki Peak Zelley and Connie Miller and godson Danny Goodson and many other loved nephews, nieces and extended family. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday 4 to 7 PM. Rev. Scott Hayward will conduct funeral service Saturday 11 AM at Stow United Methodist Church. Burial at Silver Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gerald E.
