Obituary of Helen Bailey Hodson

  Helen Bailey Hodson, 86, of Warren, Ohio and formerly Sarasota, Florida, died January 31 at Maison Aine in Stow, Ohio surrounded by her family members and now in the loving arms of her Lord and Saviour.   Helen was born on February 27, 1925 to the late Joseph and Helen Bailey of Warren, Ohio.  After graduating from Warren High School in 1943, she married decorated Army Air Corps pilot Jack L. Hodson who preceded her in death in May of 2010.  They resided in Warren, Ohio where she was employed at Wean Industries and Copperweld Steel before moving to Sarasota, Florida in 1972.   In addition to many very special friends both in Florida and Ohio, Helen is survived by her brother, Joseph Bailey Jr. of Warren, Ohio; daughters Linda Cadman (Larry Sr.) of North Lima, Ohio and Rene Mitchell (Dr. Richard) of Hudson, Ohio; grandsons Brian Cadman (Jane) of High Point, North Carolina, Dr. Larry Cadman Jr. of St. Petersburg, Florida, Glenn Cadman (Janet) of New Middletown, Ohio, Joshua Mitchell (Christy) of Stow, Ohio and Dr. Matthew Mitchell (Jennifer) of Macedonia, Ohio; and great-grandchildren Matthew Cadman of High Point, North Carolina, Lucas, Nathan and Taylor Ruth Mitchell of Stow, Ohio and Wyatt and Landon Mitchell of Macedonia, Ohio.   A memorial service will be held for immediate family members only.
