Obituary of David P. Catalano
CUYAHOGA FALLS – David P. Catalano, 58, died suddenly December 24, 2011.
A lifetime area resident, he retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of dedicated service. David was a member of the Cuyahoga Falls Campers Club and loved fishing.
He is survived by sons Christopher and Joshua of Cuyahoga Falls; daughters Jennifer of Cuyahoga Falls and Erin of Stow; grandson Cymon; parents Frank and Betty; sister Vicki (Tom) Nicol of Cuyahoga Falls; brothers Sam (Terri) of Stow and Mark (Dyna) of Tucson, Arizona; former spouse Cheryl Blanchard- Catalano, friend Debbie Hill, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pastor Keith Johnson will conduct service Tuesday 11 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2141- 5th Street, Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may call from 9:30 AM until time of service. Burial Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Redmon Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses. David’s video tribute may be seen here.
