Obituary of W. Deane Sprague

STOW- W. Deane Sprague, 89, died November 27, 2011. Born in Akron, he was a longtime Stow resident, a 1940 graduate of Stow High School and member of his Class Reunion Committee.    Following high school, he attended San Bernadino College in California.  Deane had been employed  with the BF Goodrich Co. for over 48 years, retiring as a manager in 1984.  He also had attended First Christian Church of Stow for many years.   Preceded in death by his wife Hallie Marie, he is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Daryl and Janet Sprague of Las Vegas, NV; nieces Cathy and Cheryl,  and sister-in-law Blanche Housley of Cuyahoga Falls. Rev. Jonathan Rumburg and Rev. William Burns will conduct service Thursday 1 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 11 AM until service time.  Burial Stow Cemetery.  Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, P.O.
