Obituary of Anatol Deikun
STOW – Anatol “Andy” Deikun, 67, died November 17, 2011.
Born in Germany, he was a longtime area resident. He was a member of the Church in the Falls and attended Bethtikkun Messianic Fellowship. His passions in his life were spending time with his family and serving as a loving missionary to the Russian people.
Preceded in death by his parents John and Edna Deikun, he is survived by his wife of 45 years, Hilda; children Andrew (Nicole) of Stow, Sergeant First Class John of Stow, Michal of Akron, David of Stow and Rachel (Chris) Marx of Columbus; grandchildren Larissa, Ian, Sean, Isabella, Travis, Isaiah, Caleb and Eli; brothers Walter (Karen) of New Jersey, Alex (Anna) of New York and George of New Jersey; Nieces Donna, Dina, Miriam and Sarah; nephew James and many friends.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Sunday 2 to 5 PM. Funeral service will be held Monday 10 AM at Church in the Falls, 837 Chestnut Blvd., Cuyahoga Falls. Interment at Silver Springs Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to “To Russia With Love”, 837 Chestnut Blvd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
