Obituary of Jerry Roger Fields

Jerry Roger Fields born the son of the late Fred and Iva Fields on Nov. 25, 1948 died at his home of natural causes in this May of 2001. He is survived and loved by his only daughter Rachel, her husband David Cain and his two grandchildren Garet and Grace Fields Cain.  He is also survived and will be missed by his former wife Debbie Fields,  friends Richard Cross, Cal Leisure, Rich Ryan, Edie Hilton, Gerry Logan and many others. There will be no calling hours or service.
