Obituary of Ruth Marie Brady

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Ruth Marie Brady, 93, died April 10, 2011. Born in Summit, New Jersey on May 2, 1917, she was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls and Stow. Ruth was a member of MADD, Grandmother’s Club, AARP of Stow, and St. Eugene Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, needle work, Cleveland sports teams and most of all, spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her husband John in 1984 and sister Clara Peterson, she is survived by daughters Marilyn (Michael) Heinl of Akron, Gail (Gary) Howard of Cuyahoga Falls, Jacquelyn Schoch of Stow, Eileen (Robert) Borsz of Stow, Sharen (Thomas) Kirkland of Clayton, OH and Karen (Greg) Barnes of Danville, CA; grandchildren Michelle (Joseph) Pelle, Michael (Susan) Heinl, Maureen (Stephen) Adkins, Robert (Leslie) Chambers, John Chambers, Kevin Chambers, Coleen Schoch, James (Heather) Kirkland, Stephen Kirkland, Ryan Barnes and Timothy Barnes and twelve great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Odyssey Hospice and Gardens of Western Reserve for their wonderful care. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Tuesday 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 10 AM at St. Eugene Catholic Church. Interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park.
