Obituary of Rose E. Eubank
AKRON - Rose E. (Butcher) Eubank, 75, formerly of Kent, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 1, 2011.
Rose was born on October 12, 1935 in Weston, WV to the late Herman and Bessie Butcher. She had lived most of her lifetime in Kent, OH and was previously employed by GWA Communities.
Rose was a faithful servant of our Lord, Jesus Christ. She held a close and loving relationship with her many brothers and sisters. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her seven grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jess; sister, Velma; and brother, Matthew, she is survived by her sons, David (Molly) of Brazil, Stephen (Karen) of Akron, and Philip of Boardman; daughter-in-law Adrienn; grandchildren, Stephen II, Amanda Rose, Zachery, Garrett, Lauren, David Jess II, and Jessica Rose; sisters, Betty (Morris), Alice, Ina, and Mary (Bob); brothers, Herman Jr. (Faye), and Harry (Fran); as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
Her son, Stephen Eubank, will conduct services Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH, where friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to services. Burial at Grandview Memorial Park, Ravenna, OH.
