Obituary of Charlotte A. Foringer
STOW- Charlotte A. Foringer, 87, a woman of gentle strength, went home to be with the Lord, February 26, 2011.
Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Charlotte was a World War II survivor, leaving Germany for America at the age of 29. A Stow resident since 1963, she was a longtime, active member of First Christian Church of Stow, where she served in many ways, including as president of the Women's Guild, as a Sunday school teacher and a deaconess.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph L.; son Pastor James R. (Jeanne) Foringer of Roanoke, VA; daughter Linda (Jim) Taylor of Kent; grandchildren Christy (Phillip) Bowles, Timothy Foringer, Nathan Taylor, Katie Taylor and great-grandson Jake Bowles.
Rev. Jonathan Rumburg and Pastor Jim Foringer will conduct service Wednesday 6:30 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4PM until service time. Burial Stow Cemetery.
