Obituary of Donna Ilene Monchack

HEMET, CA - Donna Ilene Monchack, 85, died May 25, 2010 in Hemet, CA. Born in Akron, she was a longtime Tallmadge resident, member of St. John’s Episcopal Church and had been employed at Yeager’s and Polsky’s in the cosmetic department. Mrs. Monchack was an active civic volunteer, serving as a Brownie and Girl Scout leader, on the Junior Women’s Civic Club, the Juvenile Court Board and PTA. Donna was also an avid bowler and golfer. She is survived by her husband of 68 years William; daughter Lezlee Monchack; son Bruce Monchack; grandson Conner Burns and great-grandson Brett Burns; brother Russel Dawson. Friends may call Sunday 1 to 3 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where Rev. Deborah Rankin will conduct service Monday 11 AM. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
