Obituary of Catherine A. Peterson

STOW- Catherine A. Peterson, 83, died May 22, 2010. Born in Northampton, she was a lifetime area resident, having lived in Stow since 1961. Mrs. Peterson was an active member of the First Congregational Church of Akron, where she served as a deacon and on various committees. She is survived by her husband Duane, with whom she operated Affirmed Medical of Ohio and A Medical Service. Catherine is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Mary Irene and Robert Miller and nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday 6 to 9 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Dr. Jay Marshall Groat and Rev. Duane Angel will conduct service Wednesday 11 AM at the First Congregational Church of Akron, 292 E. Market Street, Akron 44308. Burial Arlington National Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church of Akron.
