Obituary of Albert L. Kowalski
Albert L. “Al” Kowalski, 82, died February 14, 2015.
Born in Erie, Pa, he had lived in Fairview, PA prior to moving to Stow in 2013. Al was an avid fisherman and hunter and retired from the plastic industry as a supervisor.
Preceded in death by his wife Nancy in 2000, parents Frank and Clara (nee Vogel) Kowalski, and son David (Kowalski) McNeil, he is survived by his daughters Keli (Bob) Miller and Kristine (Doug) Kobella; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother Frank (Violet) Kowalski, sisters Clara (Robert, dec'd.) Schultz and Betty (Dave) McCorkle, brother-in-laws John (Shirley) Ingham and Neil (Pat) Hawley and many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road (Rt. 91) in Stow for visitation Wednesday 4 to 8 PM, where Pastor Robert Ferro will conduct service Thursday 10 am. Burial Hope Memorial Gardens in Hinckley. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Drive, Ste. E, Uniontown, OH 44685 or the American Cancer Society.
