Obituary of James C. Starcher

HUDSON - In memory of James Starcher, who passed away February 20, 2015. He went to be with the Lord! Born in Spencer, WV to Gordie and Mildred Starcher, he was a US Army veteran and had been employed 30 years as a dozer operator and truck driver for Moore Well Services. Mr. Starcher was a member of the Belgian Draft Horse Association and served on the Board of Directors of the Summit County Fair. Preceded in death by brother Donald and four infant siblings, he is survived by his wife of 60 years Rose; brother Gordie (Sue); sister Doris (Carence) Dunlap; a wonderful sister-in-law Marie Whytsell; niece Rose (Charlie) Gibson; nephew Bill Sampson; nephew and niece Rick (Nannette) Sampson; many other nieces and nephews and many friends he got to know over his lifetime. Burial was held in Starcher Cemetery in Henry's Fork, WV.
