Obituary of Jacquelyn L. Thiese
Jacquelyn L. Thiese, 81, died May 13, 2015.
Born in Cincinnati, she was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church and had volunteered at Akron Children's Hospital, was a certified braillest and a life master in bridge with the ACBL.
Preceded in death by her grandparents Louise and Leo Jackson, parents Josephine and William Jancius, sister Kay Jancius, son-in-law Richard Cole and brother-in-law Kelly Schadle, she is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jim, daughter Wendy Cole, son Mark (Margaret), grandchildren, Chris (Linda), Alex and Tyler Cole, Annie, Brian and Paul Thiese, sister Diane Schadle and brother Robert (Carol) Jancius.
Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Sunday from 4 to 7 PM. Pastors Deborah Wissner and Mark Sherwindt will conduct service Monday 11 AM at Bethany Lutheran Church, 833 Carroll St., Akron, OH 44305. Interment Chestnut Hill. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Paul V. Beck Memorial Fund in care of Bethany Lutheran Church.
