Obituary of Jane Marie Redmond

Jane Marie Redmond, 84, went home to be with the Lord May 14, 2015. Born in Canton, Jane was a lifetime resident of the area. She loved gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed volunteering and crocheting. Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas and three siblings, she is survived by her children, Trudy (Dave), Nancy (Tommy), Thomas (Jeannette), Kathie (Jim), James, Richard (Deborah), Vicky, Donna (John); sister, Joanne; brothers, Harold (Ruth), Larry (Velma); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Maison Aine and Crossroads Hospice for their loving care. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday, 5 to 7 PM. Father Ralph Thomas will celebrate Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11 AM at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1580 Brown Street, Akron 44301. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
