Obituary of Kendra M. Piggford

Kendra Marie Piggford, 16, of Stow, passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2015. Kendra was born in Akron on July 28, 1998. She attended school in both Cuyahoga Falls and Stow. She enjoyed singing, drawing, and spending time with her friends. Kendra is survived by her parents, Melanie Warman of Munroe Falls and Paul Piggford of Akron; brothers, Brandon (Ally) Warman of Uniontown, Tyler Tesny (Ellza Hines) of Painsville, Jay Piggford of Munroe Falls; sister, Kateri Piggford of Garfield Hts; grandfather, Richard Warman of Munroe Falls and special friend, Adam Evans. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Patricia Warman and Charles and Shirley Piggford. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Akron Children’s Hospital in the ER and ICU who excelled in their care of all of us. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation on Thursday, July 9th from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Pastor John Kitchen will conduct a funeral service Friday at 1 PM at Stow Alliance Fellowship where friends may call from 12 Noon until service time. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made with a stuffed animal to be given to Akron Children’s Hospital.
