Obituary of Norma J. Chinrock
Norma J. Chinrock, 81, passed away July 31, 2015.
Born in Akron, she was lifetime area resident and a member of Blessed Trinity Parish. Norma enjoyed her time as a member of the Natatorium and volunteering for many years at Akron Children’s Hospital.
Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Helen Quattrocchi, sister Margaret Shuster and son-in-law Jerry Gran, Sr., she is survived by her husband of 59 years Stephen; daughters Deborah Beckley (Gary), Cynthia Wasley (George), Karen Hummel (Sean); grandchildren Abigail Mercado, Jerry (Ashley) Gran, Jennifer Wasley (Brian “Brain” Baker), Michelle Gran (Travis Fritz), Meghan, Erin, and Kayleigh Hummel; great-granddaughter Isabella Mercado; brother Frank Quattrocchi; nieces and nephews and special friend Rose Ferrise.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday 6 to 8 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial Tuesday 10 AM at Blessed Trinity Parish, 300 E. Tallmadge Avenue, Akron 44310. Burial Holy Cross Cemetry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
