Joseph B. Koesterer
Joseph B. Koesterer, 93, died September 23, 2015in Stow, OH. Born May 19, 1922 in Freeburg, IL, he served his country in the Navy during WWII, was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the B F Goodrich Marching and Chowder Club and had retired from B F Goodrich in 1980 with 28 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Eleanor, in 2002, his sisters Marcella and Alvira and brother Edward. He is survived by daughters Kathy (Robert) Eisenman, Joan Koesterer and Susan Bey, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and sister, Clara Koesterer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Monday 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, Father Paul Rosing Celebrant and where friends may call Monday from 10 am until mass time. Interment St. Mary Cemetery in Hudson. The family wishes to thank Great Lakes Caring Hospice for the excellent care and support they provided. Memorial contributions may be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice, 900 Cooper St., Jackson. MI 49202.
