Obituary of Gertrude Rossman

Gertrude Rossman, 89, was surrounded by her loving family only hours before her passing in the early morning of March 9, 2016 at Sunrise, which had been her home for the past 2 ½ years. She was born in Yonkers, NY on August 27,1926 and was preceded in death by her mother Gertrude Hibbert, her husband Edwin R. Kregenow, her twin sister Ellen Furyes, and her brother Rick Hibbert. She is survived by her husband Marion E. Rossman; her children Kathleen Wagner, Suzan (David) Brysacz, Sandra (Jim) Costello; step-children Marian Elaine(Albert) Pappano, Carolyn (Chuck) Yost and Richard Rossman; 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Pastor Jim Case will conduct service Saturday, March 12th at 1:30 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where family and friends may call from 12:30 until service time. Entombment will be immediately following at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens, North Canton. We would like to thank all the care managers and staff at Sunrise Senior Living and the people of Harbor Light Hospice for their compassionate care.
