Obituary of Bonnie Rittenour

Bonnie Lynn Rittenour, 63, was welcomed home by our Heavenly Father on April 23, 2016, after suffering complications during a short illness. Bonnie was born in Akron, OH on August 7, 1952, was a 1970 graduate of Stow High School and had a 40-year secretarial career. She retired from the City of Cuyahoga Falls in 2010, after many years of service in both the water and sanitation departments. Prior to that, she was employed by Allstate Insurance in Hudson, among others. Bonnie was preceded in death by parents Alice M. and William D. Rittenour, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as special friends Fred Giannini, Bruce Graham, and John Snyder, among others in her life. She is survived by brothers Gary and David (Karie) Rittenour, nieces Alicia and Brianna, aunt Mary Ann Flinn, multiple cousins and their families. She also leaves many good friends to cherish memories of times together. And finally, her current trio of cats, Harley, Ginger and Callie. Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Saturday from 1 to 3 pm, where Pastor Ryan Honeycutt will conduct a service Saturday 3 PM.
