Obituary of Julius Joseph Hunka

CANAL FULTON – Julius “Babe” Hunka, 88, passed away September 28, 2016. Born in Peninsula, Babe graduated from Boston Township High School, proudly served his country in the U.S Navy and retired from Morse Controls. Preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Barbara. He is survived by his daughter, Julie (Paul) Smith of Molalla, Oregon; son, Terry (Brenda) Hunka of Canal Fulton, Ohio; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Per his request, there will be no calling hours or services. Private burial Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
