Became an official last year after taking his class. Was my official when I was competing growing up. Always a great guy. Taught me a lot when I thought I knew it all. Glad I was able to officiate with him after the classes and he continued to educate me. Thank you for all you've done for the many others like me.

I am sorry for your families loss. Joe was a nice man, he was always smiling and had something nice to say. I had the opportunity to work a handful of wrestling events with him and Joe was always helpful to everyone around him. Joe will be remembered.

This is truly shocking. While I only had the opportunity to meet and officiate with Joe on two different occasions, he made an unforgettable positive impression upon me. Such a nice guy and truly fine man. Given the brief moments and the impression that he made upon me, I can only imagine the deep loss that his family and those close to him are feeling at this time. To them I extend my deepest condolences.

Joe,
It's still hard to believe that you won't physically be with us as we start another wrestling season. You have been such a good friend to so many over the years. Your leadership in the WRWOA will be greatly missed. We will miss your friendship. The Brotherhood has gotten a little thinner with our loss. Please continue to watch over all of us until we meet again.
