Obituary of Dean A. Schauffler

MUNROE FALLS – Dean Adams Schauffler, 79 passed peacefully at home 1-5-17. Dean is survived by his wife of 51 years Karen, his children Lori (Lyle) Yates, Vicki (Dave) Mazey and Todd Schauffler, two grandchildren Clara and Owen Schauffler, his sister Alice Noble and brother Roger Schauffler, brother-in-law John (Bobbi) Wheatley II and several nieces and nephews. Dean worked for Chrysler Corporation for 34 years retiring in 1992. He enjoyed time with family, spent countless hours building a family tree, took 100 time share vacations with family and friends and several GadAbout Tour trips with his wife Karen. The family would like to express special thanks to Summa at Home Hospice – especially his nurse Meg Heideman and massage therapist Stephanie Nolyn.
