Obituary of Josephine C. Duer

Josephine C. Duer of Silver Lake, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 with family by her side. Born November 18, 1918 in Cleveland, Ohio. Josephine was devoted to her Catholic faith, her family, and the Cleveland Indians. Intelligent, witty, kind and caring she was a gift to all that had the honor of knowing her. Josephine survived by her children Peggy Dick, Craig Duer and his wife Addie Duer, Bill Duer, Nancy Duer MacWherter; grandchildren John Dyckson, Marykay Banville, Maria Duer, Renee Jett, Michelle Duer, Todd Burelson, Evan Burelson, Cortney MacWherter, Kelsey MacWherter, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. With ever lasting love Josephine shared 69 years of marriage with her loving husband, the late John C. Duer. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Church in Stow, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1 PM, Fr. Kevin Klonowski celebrant. Burial Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
