Obituary of David F. Klusty

David F. Klusty, age 77 of Stow, Ohio passed away on January 17, 2017 in Akron, Ohio. David was born in Wadsworth, Ohio to William and Lorna Klusty on 07-08-1939. He went to Fresno High school and graduated valedictorian in 1957. He went on to own and operate Arthur Treacher's franchises in Lancaster, Ohio, Ashland, Kentucky, Ocala, Florida and a Big Bite in Huntington,Wva. He earned his private pilot's license and enjoyed flying, working on cars, racing cars, fishing and spending as much time as possible with his family and Grandchildren. David is survived by his daughter Dawn Klusty (Scott Mull) of Stow, Ohio. Son, Scott (KC) Klusty of New Albany, Ohio, grandchildren Frank Fisher, Paige Fisher, and Benjamin Klusty. Brothers Karol (Jeanette) Klusty of Coshocton, Ohio, Ronald (Diane) Klusty of Coshocton,Ohio, Fred (Marsha) Klusty of Barbeton, Ohio, Robert (Julie) Klusty of Jasper, Georgia, Louis (Kim) Klusty of Tampa, Florida, Sisters Barbara (Robert) Johnson of Seaford, Delaware, Marjorie (Jessie) Newman of Warrenton, Virginia and Lorna (Kevin) Scanlon of Columbus, Ohio as well as many, many Nephews and Nieces. He is preceded in death by parents William and Lorna Klusty, Brothers William, Thomas, Theodore, Daniel and Gerald Klusty. Family and friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Rd., Stow, OH 44224, where funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jim Case officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. David adored his family and was adored by them in return.
