Obituary of Florence C. Groesch

November 21, 1920 – March 2, 2017 Florence (Ruffing) Groesch, 96, passed away on Thursday morning, in Brimfield, Ohio. She was a resident at Altercare for six years. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Michael and Mary Ruffing. She loved bowling and especially playing Bingo at the local Churches in Pittsburgh. Survived by five children: Robert (Fayth) Groesch, John (Joan) Groesch, Nancy(Ron) Valocik, James (Pat) Groesch, and Bud (Jeri) Groesch. Florence also had the love and enjoyment of nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Altercare family and staff for the love and support shwon to Florence. Also a great thank you and appreciation to Harbor Light Hospice for all their care. Friends will be received on Monday March 6, 2017 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, in Bethel Park, PA 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
