To the Hughey Family: On behalf of the Tip Top Restaurant & Catering staff, we extend our condolences! I started working at the restaurant in September of 2004. I recall many early mornings with Bob and the fun bets he and Roxanne would make over Browns vs. Steelers games! I've been the waitress on Sundays when the family would come in after church. 12 years of memories! We haven't seen you for quite some time at Tip Top, but understadably so. My wife, Carlson, and I were unable to have the great opportunity to be able to meet, what sounds like, an ideal husband, father and grandfather. However, we do know that he raised a great son and father in Jim and had a significant impact on his granddaughter Sarah. Dear Mary Lee and Family, Rosie and I want to pass along our deepest sympathy on Bob's passing. It sounds like a blessing. He has certainly been greatly blessed having such a close and caring family around him. We hold him close in our hearts as he was a special person to my Mom and Dad as well as Rosie and me. My deepest sympathy to you as you say an earthly goodbye to your dad. I am lifting you up in prayer. When your dad dies, you simply cannot help feeling like a "helpless little girl" again, looking up to him for assistance and support.
