Obituary of Glenn Edwin White, Jr.
STOW – Glenn Edwin White, Jr. 62, passed away May 10, 2017 in hospice care.
Born in Mobile, AL, son of the late Glenn E. White, Sr. and Karen White, he is survived by his three children: Candace White, Glenn White III (Crystal) and Haley White; granddaughters Layla Robison and Arianna Fleshman; siblings Deborah (Kim), Noble (Lisa), Diane White, Dora White, Robert (Mary) and Glenda (Dennis) Leiby, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Glenn grew up in Stow, served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was known for his easy going charm and handsome smile. He was proud of his strong work ethic, and worked hard and gave it his all at Yellow Freight for over 21 years. Glenn won his battle with cancer, however his health sufferred, but never his kind and humorous demeanor. He was always telling stories and making people laugh, just like Dad.
Pastor Brad Jagger will conduct service Monday 7 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call Monday from 5 PM until service time. Burial Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
