Obituary of Lee R Wagner

STOW -  Lee R. Wagner, 83, died May 27, 2017.

Born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Lee was a Stow resident for over 35 years, a U.S. Navy veteran and had retired from AT&T in 1984 after 31 years of service.  Lee was a member of St. Eugene Catholic Church, Charles Faust American Legion Post 281, serving as an honor guard, and the Telecom Pioneers of America.


Preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Minnie Wagner, he is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jean (Gajewski); sons Allen (Kerry), Edward (Cheryl), and Timothy (Claudia) Wagner, Ron (Chris) Gajewski; daughters Kathy Gillen, and Mary Frances (Bob) Buehrle; grandchildren Shannon, Adam, Erin, Cory, Anthony, Nicholas, Josiah, Daniel, Desiree, Grace, Jennifer, Kristen, Jessica, Ashlee, Alexandra, Hannah and Rebecca and 13 great-grandchildren.


Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Thursday 5 to 8 PM.  Mass of the Christian Burial Friday 10 AM at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 1821 Munroe Falls Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221, Fr. Neil Crosby celebrant.   Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.  Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Ohio Living Hospice, 1815 W. Market Street, Akron, OH 44313.
