Obituary of Michael H. Osman
STOW - Michael H. Osman, 56, died suddenly of a heart attack on June 26, 2017. Michael was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to all that knew him. Michael loved cooking, researching new recipes, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends.
Michael was an active member of The Community Church of Stow, UCC. He participated in the Chime Choir and could be found in the church's kitchen helping to prepare food for many events.
Michael was instrumental in the creation of the Stow Farmer's Market and was the co-founder. He will be missed for serving his pierogis, tamales, or buckwheat pancakes on Saturday mornings.
Recently Michael made a career change and became a chef at P.F. Chang's.
Michael was a devoted and loving son to Jane Osman, brother to Gary (Kelly) Osman, sister Debbie (Mike) Diroll, and loving uncle to Christopher and Erin Diroll, MacGarrett, Jesse, Amber, Catori, Tony, Violet and Jasmine Osman.
Visitation will be 1 to 4 PM on Sunday, July 2, 2017. Pastor Jim Case will conduct a memorial service at 11 AM on Monday, July 3. Both the visitation and service will be held at The Stow Community United Church of Christ, 1567 Pilgrim Drive, Stow, OH 44224. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Stow Community Church.
