Dear Ainsley and Carter family, Though I did not know Michael, I share in your sorrow for losing such a wonderful man. I loved getting to read just a bit about his life in the lovely obituary and seeing the pictures of your father/son/brother brought both smiles & tears. From just a glimpse at his life, I can see that Michael was a beautiful person. Might I dare to rejoice with you as well, as St. Paul instructs, to rejoice in the Lord always and in the reward which Michael now enjoys. May we all get there someday! It’s a joy to think back when Mike and his cousins (my children) would go visit and spend time together at their Grandpa and Grandma Carter in Honey Grove. Sweet memories last forever. Mike you will be missed by many but always remembered with love and admiration.
