Obituary of Gary W. Kolb

Gary W. Kolb, 67, passed away September 20, 2018.

Gary proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam, retired from the Teamsters with 30 years of service, enjoyed fishing, and was active with the American Legion. Gary was also an avid Indians, Cavs, and Browns fan.

Preceded in death by his parents, James and Marian Kolb, Gary is survived by his wife of 37 years, Shirley; daughters, Kelly (Andrew) Branic, Kimberly Kolb; grandchildren, Nathan, Brianna, Mason and Kinsley; brother, Larry (Valerie) Kolb; sister, Jeannie Ferrell; as well as many other loving family and friends.

The family would like to thank Gary's caregivers, Bonnie and Mandy for their great care.

Pastor Jim Case will conduct funeral service at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 1 PM, and where friends may call from 11 AM until service time. Burial Hillside Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center.
