Obituary of James Bradford Norton
James Bradford Norton, 84, passed away September 23, 2018.
Born in Holyoke, MA, he also lived in Auburn, IN, where there is a namesake street, Michigan, Port Clinton, Cuyahoga Falls, Munroe Falls, and finally Millersburg, OH.
After thirty years of being the first to arrive and last to leave, he retired from DuPont. He never looked back.
He was a Kentucky Colonel and a proud member of the WRCA and the NRA.
He loved one woman, raised a family, and traveled the world. Now he’s gone with the wind.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, grandson Sam, and parents James H. and Dorothy (nee Brown). He is survived by daughter Nanette (Peter) Ronis; sons James Christopher (Kathy) and Douglas (Victoria); grandchildren Ben Ronis, Nicole (Shawn) Roeder and Angela Horton.
Private family services will be held.
