Elvin and I were class mates of Earl. We were of the class of "54.
Every summer Elvin and I returned to Stow to see family and friends. Earl and Susie, Fred and Deloris and we would go for dinner, then back to the Witsaman's for "pie on the porch." Susie baked a berry pie that was two inches plus high. I will never eat a berry pie as delicious has Susie's berry pie! That girl could cook!!! She was also a member of the band. She was a majorette, the most gorgeous majorette Stow ever had! SO many fond memories of Earl and Susie.

Sue was a wonderful friend to my Mom and our family. Sue and my Mom played tennis and bridge. When my Mom stopped driving, Sue frequently took her to bridge games and other activities. Please know how much we all appreciated her kindness. Sue and your family are in our prayers.

My sympathies to the family. My family lived next door to Sue and Earl for years on Redwing Circle. They were so kind and generous, especially to my mom after my dad passed. They would check in on her, help with the lawn, etc. My mom loved talking to them both. We had the best neighbors on Redwing. Sue was special.

I have known Sue for many years. We met on a tennis court and lately at the bridge table. She was very good at both. She was a lovely person who was always very kind. A great cook too as I have a few wonderful recipes she shared with me especially French Onion Soup. Candy and family take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and is with God.

Our Hearts are with Candy, Mariah, Chaz and their family for this sadness in their lives and the extended family and friends of Sue and Earl. They are together again and we will miss our neighbors from Charring Cross and Berwin...Sue and Earl have been in our lives for nearly 60 years..sharing good times, accomplishments, and just growing up.
The Witsamans' have been our neighbors fro that time...no matter our addresses and Sue's baking and coffee at all events will be missed, along with her laugh.
Peace and Blessings in this sad time, but remembering all the times together and laughter of all.
Roger and Beth
