Obituary of Eric W. Hinchee
Eric William Hinchee, 37, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, passed away on December 31, 2018 at home.
Eric was born in Akron, Ohio to Gail and Lawrence Hinchee, on May 27, 1981. He went to Stow-Munroe Falls High School and graduated in 2000. He worked as a machinist for Americhem for ten years, then at Giant Eagle for three years, where he met his wife. He enjoyed creating Star Wars Lego models, comic book collecting, learning guitar, playing video games, staying fit, wood working and sewing. He was a Boy Scout who received his Eagle Scout award after completing a bridge in The Goodyear Heights Metropolitan Park. He was involved in the Akron Derbytown Barbershop Chorus.
Eric is survived by his wife, Tebra, of Cuyahoga Falls; mother Gail Wolfe, step-father Kenneth Wolfe of Stow; siblings, Amanda, Emily, McKenna, Brian, Bruce, Robert and David, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Hinchee.
Family and friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home in Stow, where calling hours will be held on January 5, 2019 at 11 AM with a service to follow at 1 PM, with Pastor Jill Smith officiating. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to The National Kidney Foundation and Memorial.
