Sydney was a nice young lady who went through a lot in her short life. She was always good to my daughter Lizzie and treated her with kindness when she was being bullied at Lakeview and Kimpton. May you RIP and find peace for yourself. I’m sorry for the families loss.

Julie, Gabe and family . . . There are no words to express how sorry we are . . our hearts are sad. Sydney was a beautiful girl inside and out. She loved to spoil her brother, Kyle and John Ryan . . always wanted to treat them to lunch or dinner out.
Wishing you peace to bring you comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.
Love, John, Leslie, Tyler and John Ryan

I am at a loss of words for the amount my heart is hurting over this. Sydney was my best friend growing up. She was always beautiful and the most bubbly, inspiring person, and made the best of life. We have some of the best memories together and I’m so saddened to hear of this. My prayers are with her family, who were at one time my second family. Thoughts and condolences. ♥️

Sydney played soccer with my daughter, Jenna, when they were in 5th or 6th grade. I remember her as being very focused and serious about the game whenever she was out on the field, whether it be at practice or an actual game. There was one practice that I remember vividly, when us parents were all talking in the stands while the girls practiced, and our talking was getting rather loud. I don’t remember her exact words, but when Sydney’s position on the field brought her close to us, she looked right up at all of us parents and basically told us to ‘keep it down’. We were all a bit stunned at first, but then realized that this was one feisty young lady who was not afraid to stand up for herself, whether it be standing up to her peers or to a group of obnoxiously loud parents who were interfering with her ability to focus clearly on her soccer game. I am so sorry for this tragic loss of such a special young lady. I know she will be missed by so many.

Sydney, Many will miss your shining face as you enter a room. Your talent as a writer was so creative and thoughtful. Your life was cut too short and you will remain in our memories. I will never forget seeing you at the Stow Cafe and when you dropped in at the high school.
